I have been doing single leg squats and split squats for over 5 months now and I can definitely say i’ve seen results from them.


Your diet is also very important for getting the butt you want. If you aren’t eating healthy fats, such as: Greek yogurt, avocados, nuts, fish, and even dark chocolate, you’re slowing down your butt growth.
